Someone posted to one of my earlier threads that I should call 800-351-8820 x247 at Geneva Roth. I've done some searches on the forum, and it looks like this is for the Fraud and Compliance Director Trent Bradley. However, sometimes it seems his behavior in resolving issues can be erratic though. Is there any other good contact person I should call there?

A former member had luck with Rebecca West, I think she is the Manager. She worked out a satisfactory arrangement with her. (If I could find the darn link to that thread I would post it here). I was able to find her extension though, it's 225 at the 1-800-351-8820 phone number.

I tried to get in touch with Rebecca West, but her voice mail was always picking up. I had to resort to calling Shane Wiggins at x238, and made payment arrangments with her.
