hello, its me again. I will get a list of all my loans and post them. My loans were internet loans and as i stated i have been receiving threatning messages and emails from them stating I will lose my job becuase they will come and prosecute me for fraud.
i have a loan with the little loan shop for 260.00 loan was 200
rolled it over 12 times at 60.00 each
sagamore inc for 390.00 rolled over at 90.00 loan was 300 8 time
check n go for 260.00 rollover 10 times loan was 200
cahn minutes borrowed 150.00 rollover at 66.00 10
loan shop 260.00 balance loan was 60.00 rollover
about 13 times they have left me a message stating that i was under a fraud investigation two of the loans are even on my credit report
cash central was for 260.00 they now say i owe 389.00 ut they rolled over my loan so many times i have paid over 1000 in rollover fees . i am in pennsylvania please help. i am single mom and need all of my money please help
i am in pa what can i do they can't take money out of my account but the calls and letters are crazy
i will have to get the other companies
the collector for sagamore inc is the one who told my manager

Hi Robmeca22.
Someone with a lot more knowledge than myself will be along shortly that can better advise you.
One thing you might want to do to help them is to post what state you are in and the exact amounts you have paid each company.
For example:
The Loan Shop Borrowed $300 Paid To Date: $600. Posting it in this manner will save the others time in figuring out what you have paid in total to each company.

Please do not worry about the whole arrest thing...that is a really common threat they like to throw out there to make you pay them. I will check on your pdl licenses and see where we stand..I do know that little loan shoppe will be licensed in, I believe it is Utah...I will check onthe rest. Hang in there.

thanks for the info i have received so far. i got sick so i couldn't reply right away. I am in the process of getting all the amounts i have due with these companies so i can post it, in the meantime i just got a call fom the loan shops investigation office they stated my name and social security number was linked to a fraud investigation for theft of fraud that i needed to call them back right back or tehy will proceed with fraud charges and i will be charged with theft. this loan i had with them was so old i don't even know how much i paid them in fees ect. what can i do. honestly i don't remember loaning with the loan shop. do they go by another name. like loanpoint us a or something, i am so scared and upset i haven't defrauded anyone. what are my rights

Each point is worth 1 cent. When you get at least 10.00 you can cash them in and get a check or money put into a pay pal account

Rob, I hope you are feeling better. I was wondering what happened to you. The fraud thing is a game they play with you to scare you into paying them. Even if they wanted to take legal action against you for defaulting on the loan it would be in civil court. Do not worry about them comming to arrest you. If the call again, ask them what time they will be there so you can be sure you are ready...or do as some others have and tell them to come get you, you have been waiting since the first phone call, what is taking so long. Just post the amounts when you get them so we know where you stand. I know you have not been feeling well so just take care of it as you can. You asked about the points and I see Kash explained them to you. Here is a link that gives a little more information about that...

Check n Go (isn't this an installment loan one?)
Sagamore (or whoever they are collecting for)

checkngo was a payday loan when i took it out they now have switched to an installment loan company in pa

Hi, rob! So is my list correct so far as to what pdls you have?
Since Check 'n Go is an installment loan, I do know that they'll be operating "legally".
The others, we need to see if they are licensed SOMEWHERE since you reside in PA. You are in PA, correct?

yes i am in pa but check n go was a payday loan when i took it out not installment loan. they no longer offer payday loans and also tehre was a location in pa but they closed it down.
