Anybody have anything on 1800899CASH? I have sent numberous emails and faxes but there recovery guy keeps calling me. We connected today and he went off on me about being fruadulent etc.etc. I asked for a direct email or mailing address so that our conversations could be documented and he said that isn't how we do business. I responded with I'm not going to talk about this on the phone - you have my contact information via email or home address, Goodby. (and I hung up) Who knows who all heard me (I'm at work) all I know is that I feel like I have been hit in the gut. I know I have to hang tough but I really hate this kinda stuff.

What state are you in and how much was the loan for and how much have you paid so far?

Please don't let this guy beat you down. You are not fraudulent and if he can't put anything in writing then he is the fraud!!! You stood your ground with him, you should be proud of yourself. Stay strong......it will be ok

Thanks for the address - I'll resend it that way.
I am in NY where payday loans are illegal (they counter that they are in Delaware so it doesn't matter)
It starts at a $300 loan and then as you pay down a $100 they entice you to reup your loan. You end up with a little less than a hundred and start all over.
I added all the deposits and subtracted all the payments and here is where I sit.
$598.28 Loan Paid to date $907.73
I faxed them a note saying if they document a PIF on my account we can call it a day and I will take them off the list that went to the NY AG. I doubt they will bite - the guy was a real jerk.
