I defaulted on 4 pdls. Did a stop payment on them. Bank would not freeze or credit only account. anyway, SSM contacted me. Only told her I would call her back. I am filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Should I tell them this. I will need their address to list creditors for meeting of creditors.

Have you retained an attorney?
Once you actually file, they are not allowed to contact you or try to collect on the debt.
