I do not believe they are liscensed in CA as I have been unable to find a liscense on them anywhere. How much did you borrow from them and how much have you paid back to them in so called fees?

I think the only time they would report would be if they sent your debt to collections--otherwise they would use Teletrak.

I agree...I have never heard of any PDL showing up on a credit report.
