I emailed them stating I needed a money order not to credit my account because it was not available anymore. We will see what they say. I am not sure if my account is on credits only or if they are both on there.
How funny is it that they say they will refund me and then say I can reapply for a loan. Don't they usually say I will no longer be able to? I am running away far far away!!!
Also look how this is worded....It says I will be refunded the money then it says the payment will bring me to a zero balance. Then it tells me to wait two days to reapply after the money is deducted.
Now that I read it again I am confused!!!!. I over paid them by $471.25. I assume I am getting the refund and the wording of the email was wrong. I did email them before posting here and re-reading what they sent to me and told them that I needed a money order and I wanted to confirm that my account was marked paid in full and that any collections on the account would be discountinued.
Mandy, Awsome!!! Do not be suprised that they told you to reapply after three days. The same thing happened to me with several of mine. _________________ In life it doesn't matter

I am wondering if they will reply to my message I sent them. It said they would deposit it tomorrow and I just got the email so it may already be in process. Again I am not sure if they just put the account on credits only or if they block them both. I guess I will see tomorrow when I go to log on to my bank account.
And Roxyny....it is me MJ. I had to created a new account with a different email address because I never did get anyone to respond to me about getting a password for the mjm43566 account.
MJ, Now I am really excited for you!!! My refunds went into my old account. It was debit blocked. Check with the bank tomorrow and see. I was wondering who this mandywebb was! I am happy it is you! _________________ In life it doesn't matter

I just wanted to check my account now and I can't even get on the website it will not bring it up. I am wondering what is going on. It will not even go to the home page. Also the first block they had put on it was no debits or credits. Then I got a little bit of money back from the bank and I withdrew it and I am not sure if they put it back to the way it was or to just credits only. I will have to see if I can ever get the website to come up. I have been researching the company they have nothing but complaints!
Not a big suprise there. I am so happy for you. It is rare a member reports a refund and usually never one with such a large ammt. I was happy dancing all over my desk for you!! (I am still at work..ICK!) _________________ In life it doesn't matter

I know I was suprised. They are refunding the full amount that I overpaid. I had sent them six letters and never heard from them. I contacted the BBB and they did not respond to them as of today. I also contacted my AG and as far as I know they have not contacted them. When I looked them up on the bbb they did not have a rating and it looked like they had just started so maybe they just want to make sure they will not get the bad reports against them. We will see what they come up with tomorrow. I am not celebrating until I get the money though!!!! I am sorry you are still at work!
Hi, mj! First of all, congratuations! You will be receiving a refund! I think you're confused regarding this part:

I'm taking this to mean that since you had OVERPAID the loan (of course) that would mean that you would have a "credit balance" on your account. With the refund being deducted from the "credit balance", it'll go to a zero balance. Cool!
Please post and let us know if you get that refund!
