Ok. Here's the deal. I am terrified of these people. Not that they have done anything to me, but these are the only people who are calling me. I have paid them $140 so far on a $400 loan. They wanted me to pay them $260 today (which is not possible). I told the person on the phone that it is impossible. They said that they will push it to Friday, 4/18 to "give me time to gather the funds..." WHAT??? Where the hell am I going to gather them from? Shocked

I tried to explain that I am not able to do this. In fact, I cannot start to pay them until mid-May. With one paycheck I should be able to pay them the balance of what I owe ($260), but I'm pretty sure they are not going to leave me alone. How would you all handle the phone calls from them? What would you tell them? Sorry to be so lengthy, but I don't want to get into trouble.

DV C&D letter,and file an AG complaint,
