If pdl's are illegal in Pennsylvania, is it legal for Geneva Roth Ventures to call me at work and threaten me?

You have written that the concerned collection agency, Geneva Roth Ventures, had called you up and threatened you. It is not permitted under FDCPA and thus they have violated it. In such a case you can take legal action against them.

Hi Phoenix,
I sent Geneva Roth, via email, a cease letter. They called me about a month ago at work and I told them not to call me there because I cannot accept personal phone calls. Since then, they called me three times. After she called me this past Friday, I composed a letter and sent it. I cannot find an address for them to send it via US Postal. Also, are they a legal pdl or illegal?

i don't know if they are legally licensed but what they are doing is not legal.. i am having an awful time with Geneva Roth Capital - did you send reports to the BBB, FTC and state attorney general? They Cannot threaten you in any way
