be rid of them but I've had no luck I figured that would get there attention

loan 300.00 payed so far 900.00

Almost out of payday hell

What state do you live in? You've probably already overpaid.

You need to close your account. These lenders MUST be licensed in FL lend to residents there--and I can tell you right now that BIG is not licensed anywhere.
Someone else have some info on these companies?

Do not think the others are either. With FL you can download their licensee list. Your best bet is to go into your bank if you can. There is a sticky at the top of the pdl fourm on closing your accont. Please read it. It has really good information in it and it also has some experiences of some of the members. Members recommend you open your account at a different bank if possible. How much have you paid - total to each - for the three you have listed.

Geneva Roth and Loanpoint are the same company. Do you have 2 loans with them or just one?

I had a pdl with Geneva Roth and paid it off on 2/3/2008. The only way I could get in contact with them was thru a fax # 1-800-351-8830 send in a request for them to email you the document they call(Extension Form)then you simply reply to that email and you mark at the bottom that you want to payoff your balance and sign and date and send them the email back. Hope this helps

Oh my Gosh guest. You do not owe any of them another damn dime! They are illegal and they have robbed you. Why do you want to pay them another 300? Close the account and send off the great letters from this forum. If anything THEY owe YOU money not the other way around. I hope you dont pay them anymore of your hard earned money.

I have to agree with Stargzr, Why pay these people another cent. They need to refund you. You have so overpaid these people. It is great that you are taking control of your account so they can not take anymore money.

GRF went into my account and took 520 which my pay off was 260 this cause my bank account to bounce and Cynthia at Ext. 2223 was not any help. She was laughing when she told me I was not going to get my money back they gave me the overage but not the money for the funds that they caused to become NSF I will never go to them and I am contacting the BBB of their state once I found out what is . They say Salt Lake but I dont believe them. BEWARE OF GENEVA AND USA POINT

I'm from Oregon and have about 11 PDLs.
After reading lots of helpful information from everyone- I am wondering if I am in default with this loans as of last pay period and have made numerous roll overs with them if I owe them anything?? And if my checking account is in the negitive if I should close it or do as suggested and put a ACH block on the PDL?
Thank you for any helpful ideas...

You have the option of issuing stop payements. Why not use it? They take the money through a preauthorized ach debit. revoke it via letter, email, fax, notify your bank and if a charge comes through REJECT it with a stop payment and you get your money back munis the bank stop payment fee. Then I would take my money OUT of that bank, use one of the debit only accounts like netspend and keep my money there until things get straight with the bank. With netspend visa you can pay bills, have your check direct deposited and not worry about ach debits taking your money.

Lucky for me my bank was very understanding and placed a perm block on the 2 pdl's I was dealing with. I had to speak to someone in Banking Operations but it was done.

Do NOT let these companies take your money!

Welcome coalmine! I can't give you much advise on PDLs, but hopefully more people will be along soon who can help you! Since you put your post at the end of an old thread, if you don't start getting responses, you might want to consider starting a new thread that might get more attention.

You will also need to list the principal amount and lender of each PDL, whether it is internet or store front, and the amount repaid on each.

Good luck!
