United legal called me and I explained to them I was laid off of my job and can not pay them at the moment they said they have issued an arrest warrant out for me for internet fraud. I am frightened I just cant pay them now but I do not want to get arrested any advice

I have not dealt with this situation, but the first thing I'd suggest, is check with your state, you can look up online if you have any warrants and that should ease your mind. I do not believe however that they can get a warrant issued against you with out first following the proper channels such as working it out with you first. Check on line if you have any warrants first before you panic.

Lets take a step back here and forget about the warrant. These pay day lenders will say ANYTHING to scare you...and I mean anything. You are NOT going to be arrested!
Secondly, SN5, what state are you in?

First off, calm down - they aren't going to arrest you. They are just trying to scare you.
