I am still trying to get away from the payday loans. I ended up taking out another one in order to not be overdrawn from one that was totally due. I need help and don't know what to do.

In PA, the pay day lender does not have to be licensed in PA, but they need to be licensed someplace and hence would follow the laws of that state. I can tell you right off that cashnetusa and cashcentral are licensed.
As Shazzers noted, how much have you paid total?

I dont even know how much I have paid total. I know paydayok I have been paying for over 6 months, same with paydayone. Cashnetusa, I have probably paid $500. The other ones are fairly new and I have only paid around $150 on each.
