Does anyone know how to get a hold of this payday loan. I also called the bussiness regulator in rhode island and they said i would have to pay the interest charges on where company is located is this correct?

This does not sound to be right for me. The company can charge you the interest rates of the state where the borrower is located. You must double check the info with your state AG.
