That is fair - Most places charge interest/fees of about that amount. I'd take it.

I understand. I'm even afraid now a days to even write a darn check at the grocery store. To many ways these idiot pdl's can get new account info. I'm just waiting for it to happen to me.

Lets hope it does not happen to you. I suppose that if we are careful it wont. To be honest with You, I am so paranois I check my account several times a day. I only use checks for rent and electric. everything else i use a debit card. I dont know if they can track my account from that, but I dont think so.

I'm not sure if they can either, however with everything that I've seen on here & eastside claiming that if they "update" me & find another account they will debit it. I'm checking several times a day as well.
