i live in ny fromwhat i hear its illegal here i have 6 internet loans what should i do if its illegal here what do i do pay them just what i borrow no interest how do i handle them with this please help

I have several payday loans and I can not payback on their terms. I need a loan consolidation and someone to help me manage this mess. Can someone recommend a company to help. I live in Texas and have about 10 payday loans.
