Arrowhead-pd.360 0n 300/pd. 295 to settle
Zip Cash-pd.450 on 500/ still owe 825
MTE- pd.500 on 300/ owe 275 settlement
GECC-pd.600 on 400
Khaki Funding-pd. 180 on 100/stillowe 130
Lazer Lending/DJAT Marketing-pd 180 on 200/ they say I owe 635
I live in Ohio!! How can I get Some money back and prevent paying these crazy balances??

Jeez, sounds like you overpaid a few of those. Have you defaulted on any of these loans yet, are they Internet or storefront loans?

I live in Ohio and they look like they are all Internet loans. I havent seen any stores with those names. And dag, you truly have overpaid those people. The first thing you need to do is put your bank account on deposit only status or put a hard debit block so that they dont get any more money. And then send them a letter revoking authorization to debit your bank account, and revoking any wage assignment you may or may not have signed. Also in the letter request that they only contact you via email or regular mail only. Send them a C & D letter to stop calling you at work, at home and your references.

hang in there. the people here are very helpful and supportive. alot of them have been dealing with this longer than I have and have more knowledge then me.
