BIG might do a wage assignment. USFast Cash won't. I'm not sure of the other two. Just to cover your butt, did you send a letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed to each one of them just to be on the safe side? I sent one to every pdl that I had, even if I knew they didn't do a wage assignment. Just trying to cover myself! I'd be leery of BIG especially though.

The thing with Big is, they don't know where I work and I didn't sign anything. Do you happen to have an address for them??

BIG is a hard one since they are overseas. Was this a "verbal agreement" with them?

Yes it was. They do not know where I work, as when I took this loan I was a different job. But I'd like to send them a Cease and Dessist anyway because I see other threads about them getting nasty with people. What should I do and does anyone have an address with a fax number for them?
