New to the page. I have several payday loans, same story as most on here and looking for a little help. I will add more to this thread when I get a chace to pull all info. I currently have loans from the follwing 4 "lenders":
MyCashNow
Cash Cure
Integrity Advance
CashNet USA
I tried to find them on the Illinois site as approved to do business there and did not find anything. Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks I will get more info in here shortly.

hello being as i'm in IL as well i can tell you only cashnetusa is legal as they are a CSO(credit service organization).they are in the DFI website under that.now the others are totally illegal in IL,and therefore we need the following.
1)amount borrowed from each lender
2)amount debited by each thus far
go to ohiogal's signature.it has a primer on dealing with illegal lenders.follow every step.the first being to close your current account and open a new one.contact cashnetusa and work out arrangement to pay the loan without that account.the others you only owe the principle.nothing more.let me give an example:
you borrow 300.00 from integrity.they debit 90.00 three times.you only owe 30.00 and should pay it on your terms.not theirs.please do provide more info as we can help you here.

Doing a quick glance I have paid over $1200 on a $600 loan from CashCure and still paying. I have used MyCashNow over the last 3 years and have over $3,000 in fees/interest over principal, wow this makes me sick. Anyone have luck getting a refund on a old loan? I am more concerned on getting rid of what I have now, but I will take any sort of money back from them. I am going to go through what I have w/ integrity but I am sure I over paid the amount of the loan.

go to ohiogal's primer in her signature.close your account and work out an arrangement with cashnetusa.as long as the principle is paid on the pthers do not give them another dime.they will debit forever if you allow it.the only way to stop them is to close that account.do it asap.

I have closed my account and sent out emails to the following and asking for a PIF or refund. I have 2 that I still owe principal on and am willing to set up a plan to pay them off.
1)Cash Cure Loan $600, overpaid $617
2)Integrity Advance Loan $500 over paid $1000
Old loan overpaid $750
3)Platinum over paid $2000 on 3 old loans
4)PaydayNation Loan $500, paid $300 so far
5)MyCashNow Loan $930, due at end of month. I have paid them over $3000 in fees over the last few years.
Question I have is has anyone ever got anything back after going after closed loans, I would love to try and get something back from Platinum and MyCashNow

Just an update, received email today from closed loans from Platinum they will be returning my overpayments. I got a PIF from Integrity, but I am pushing them for my refund. Nothing back from MyCashNow as of today and CashCure. Thanks to everyone for the help.
