 Posted: Fri Nov 09, 2007 6:04 am Subject: GETTING NOTICE OF RECIEVED PAYMAENT EMAILS

I keep getting emails from InstantCash911 saying thank you for my payments I recieved one yesterday saying thank you for a payment of $120.00 and three this morning one for $120.00 one for $140.00 and one for $360.00. I check my bank account and it wasnt in the negitive so could this be a error on their behalf or should I contact them. I think I need to check with my HR department to see in they tried that route, can they do that with out contacing me sense I did send them cease and revoke letters. Any help is greatly appriciated.

If you have just now defaulted on this loan, don't worry too much about it. Many companies will send a 'thank you for your payment' letter when they send the ACH. It usually takes them a few days or even up to a week to acknowledge that the ACH was denied.

I defaulted on this loan a couple of weeks ago, I already got phone calls from their collection agency. I look on there web-site and my account is still valid saying Im current and have a balance of $160.00. They have not recieved payment for me in 3 pay periods which has been about 6 weeks

They're going to show your account as "active" because you haven't paid it. It's still open. And these are just computer generated emails that you are receiving stating "thanks for your payment". They haven't realized yet that their debits are being rejected. It takes some of them awhile to catch on. Then they'll try to contact you.
