hi all.. i live in Minnesota and we have this law that if a payday loan is licensed in another state there legal.. which i think is a sack of crap.. the mn department of commerce refuse to help me with gfs which is not licensed anywhere in the us. who do i go to? ag, governor or congressman?

im trying to get a partition from other members from minnesota on here to get this law changed.
