This shows intent on your part considering that we have offered you a service that you have used on three occasions.

Please be aware that you had been approved and the funds have been deposited into your account only because you had been considered a good customer and you had met specific criteria allowing us to deposit $250 into your account.

We at this point want to end our association with you and ask that you pay the outstanding balance so we can close your file.


GFS wants to end their association with me??? I totally had the intent to pay them back, until I found this place and learned the laws! I'll pay them what I legally owe. I still can't get over that they want to end their association with me. Like I'm the bad guy!!!!!

ald, at least you got a response! All I got was some foreign person stuttering in the telephone to me! LOL! And where are they getting $270? They stated they loaned you $250? Interesting point to bring out to them. And, oh my goodness, they don't want to associate with you any longer? Damn. I wish to God they said that to me!!!

well, they got their required swift response.
I told them that since taking a loan with them, I have educated myself on the laws and regulations of PDLs and how they have violated almost every single one of them and I let the BBB, AG, and FTC know this. I loaned with them 2 times previously and my obvious overpayments on the fees should be applied to my balance and then our association with eachother can end.

Now, now, now, ald! Are you "associating" with them again? Didn't they tell you that they didn't want you to "associate" with them any longer????? LOL!

cannr, what can i say? My feelings are hurt. I'm not ready to let go!!! How could they say this to me? I'm such a good person, they should want to associate with me!

Now wait a minute! I am the one hurt! All I got was a phone call stating they wished to talk to me in re: the complaint I filed. They never sent me a letter...does that mean they still wish to associate with me. Because I don't wish to associate with them...LOL. I will use your response though Ald....as soon as they contact me again...

Do you have an address for these guys? cause I sure would like to give them a piece of my mind they just keep charging me even with out my permission!

ald - do you have the address for them? It is on anything you have? Or even just a fax number for the person who posted above? Sometimes it's better to fax and mail. With all the names they use, I don't know which address to refer to. Plus, when they respond, sometimes it's with a totally different address than any I've seen! Thanks, ald!

You have stated that you wish to start proceedings against G.F.S. the grounds for this are that you have taken a loan with the intention of paying nothing back to G.F.S.

They obviously have not had very many English or grammar classes to write this professional of a run on sentence.

I don't have a mailing address for them, which I pointed out to them in my email response. Then I also copied into word and faxed it to them. The fax number I used and they responded to was 866-280-2330. They responded to me in less than 24 hours. Then I went on to file my comlaint with pretty much everybody.

Sassnlucy, I agree! It took me a minute to comprehend what it was they were trying to say!

ald, so they responded via email? Maybe you could share the email address also, since we have the fax number posted. And, yes, they are idiots and can't write (or speak for that matter)! LOL!
