Well I defaulted on my loan with CashNetUsa on November 30th and I have not heard from them yet concerning this, despite the fact that I have e-mailing them daily (a few times a day) trying to make payment arrangements with them. I guess it is a wait and see game now to see what their next move will be.
They were NOT able to debit my closed bank account. My bank finally agreed to not let anything come through that account. So that is one less worry off my mind, I just am waiting to see what CashNetUsa'S next move will be

Since they are legal..they will pursue to collect. they will call (if they havent already), will send you emails and letters.

They are extremely difficult to deal with. They have multiple personalities and will not respond to any certified mail. I have been trying to make arrangements with them for months and have found that thet are their own worst enemy. Good luck.
