Like so many others, I have gotten myself in a bind with payday/installment loans. Plus now my husband was injured last week and will be off work for weeks.
I would love some advice on how to get out from under these.
I live in Idaho and I have loans out from the following lenders:
The Cash Store (installment loan) borrowed $? pd $1423.98
Money Tree (installment loan) borrowed $? pd $1307.49
EZMoney (payday loan) borrowed $780.00 pd $343.20 (finance charges only)
I can't remember the exact loan amounts of the first two, I need to check my paperwork, which I don't have on me right now.
Thanks for any help!
By signing up for counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
