I have an online pdl through EZpayday cash and there site tells me this: Your online agreement will be governed by the state of Utah. All the applicable laws and regulations of Utah will apply to your online agreement. I realy want to know that if this is true or is it through my state even though it is an online pdl. by the way, anyone know if they are illegal as well? Thanks for your time.

California law specifically states that internet based lenders must still be licensed in CA, and follow CA laws.
