thank you so much for posting the laws in tn. now most of my loans are illegal except for paydayokay and greenlight funding. so far they have not contacted me but when they do i will have to follow the laws in their state which i will have to find out where they are located.

also, from reading the forums, it seem as though i am the only one who has a loan from greenlight funding. now even though i never sent in the contract, am i still liable for it?

Ummm if memory serves me on this one, if you apply, that is your "contract". I am sure I looked this one up and that was indeed the case.
