Has anyone ever heard of Greenlight funding group.
the address i have is P.O.box 8736,Prairie Village,Ks
66808-0736. Are they legal or not?

Can you list the companies you have loans with, how much you owe, if they are store front or internet. If you can give us this information someone on the forum can help.

I have gotten assistance from everyone on the thread "I need help!!!!", and I am working on my pdls now. I noticed from looking at different topics, I noticed that no one ever mentions GreenLightFunds.

Hi granny. If it is an internet pdl then I'm quite sure that they are illegal. Most of them are. I will do some searching and be back with some info. shortly.

Hi Granny. Greenlight funding is licensed in the state of Delaware, according to the info that I found. This does not mean that it is licensed in your state, and I seriously doubt that it is. There is a sample contract online and the wording ".....licensed and bonded in the state of Delaware....(blah, blah, blah)...can't remember the exact words. Smile Basically it said that regardless of your physical location they will just act as though you signed it in their office in Delaware and that it will apply to you regardless of where you live. BUT, that is kind of standard in these illegal loan contracts, I think.

so, since i live in tn and it is licensed in delaware, is it legal in tn? if so, will i have to abide by the laws of delaware? right now, my loan is in default, so what action will they take? (my bank account is closed) Confused
