I did not know all the scams out there with internet pay day loans. I took one out with Green Picket.com. I cannot pay it back and learned they have a Wage Assesment attached to this agreement. Their address is in Malta, after I called them. What can I do? Are they legal in the state of Arizona where I reside? If they try to garnish my wages, I will get fired. I work for a very strict conservative company. Are they legal?

Hi and welcome! I'm not sure about this particular company but I am sure about wage assignments. You need to get an email to this company asap and revoke any and all wage assigments, then give a copy of that to your payroll dept. You have the right to revoke wage assigments at any time, they are voluntary.

You should do a search at the top and if someone has dealt with them you can find out how they handled the situation
