Hi all. I'm back. A useless day again of fighting morons. I went to the bank to put a hard hold on my account, (the one close to my work) They told me that I have to go to the branch where I opened my account. I asked to see the branch manager, she was at lunch. I made an ass of myself and they asked me to leave.

j, no you did not! I should have mentioned that your bank will make you go to the branch that opened your account! I feel bad now!  I also found that out the "hard" way. I went into the bank and they were like "We can't help you here. You have to go to the branch that opened your account." Whatever. Just another stumbling block. So, go to the stupid branch where you opened your stupid account and talk to the stupid manager there. Did I say "stupid" enough? I had a "bad bank day" today. So I'm a little miffed at banks at the moment!

Oh, my "old" closed account was forced back open by a pdl back a couple months ago. Waited to get it straightend out. Got it back to zero. Closed it (again). Forced back open again. Got it taken care of (again). Closed it (again). Then I got up this morning and a debit forced it open (again). I freaked! Is this account NEVER going to close??? What the hell? So I emailed the branch manager having a total fit over it. She did email me back and told me she would take care of it (already did that 2 other times) and it should be totally closed forever in about 2 days (again). No telling what the hell they are going to do. This dumb account has been closed THREE times now! Hello! Bored with it now! So I'll continue to check it every day until I die and make sure it's not forced open for the 100th time. Totally crazy. Bad bank day! And, regarding "being a fan". You can click on a members name (like when they post) it should be by their picture and it'll take you to their "home page". Once you're on the home page, you will see the members picture (if they have one) and there will be a star above it. Click on the star. You will be added as a "fan". Cool! Just like The Brady Bunch fan club or something! LOL! I love it!

Oooohhh.. That sounds reassuring.  I have been reading posts about SJM (that is one of my pdl's) they seem pretty freaking scary.

Oh, all this pdl crap is awful. It's amazing how many things it affects. Bank accounts, phone calls, harrassment, complaints, on and on and on. We can only stand together and fight and help each other. Sometimes I think it's never-ending. Other times I think "to hell with them all". Depends on my day. Today I wanted to slit my wrists. LOL!

Don't even think about slitting your wrists!! I need your support to get through my mess. And how am I supposed to give you support if you up and disappear on me? HUH? I know how you feel. 500 fast cash is the one giving me the run around. My bank is still giving me the run around. We are just in the run around cycle. YOu support me, I'll support you and together we will turn around and support someone else.

That is a bunch of BS when they tell you that you have to go to the branch you opened your account at. It sounds like they are just trying to pawn of the problem to another branch manager. Heck I would be screwed with my bank if I had to do that. I opened my account in another state 15 years ago with a bank that does not even exist any more because my current bank bought them out. Sometimes when I go into my regular bank now if a new employ is there they get confused just looking at my account number since it does not look like any of the current bank account numbers. My account number is 9 digits long and the new ones are 12. I did have a teller tell me one time that I would have to go to the bank I opened my account at for some fee refund I was due but I cleared it up with one of the other tellers I knew. It helps that most of the employs at my current bank know me.

dollars is right. I think it's a crock. But that's what they make you do! And then you have to be put through the wringer anyway! So, basically, I guess it doesn't matter WHERE you go! LOL! And, okay, I won't slit my wrists on the bank steps and abandon anyone! Man, make me feel guilty! By the way, looked at the bank account today (again). It's back to zero. The debit was removed. Is it closed (again)? No. Let's see what else hits it. Ho Hum. I'm not even upset over it today. I think yesterday did me in. I'm not even considering slitting my wrists today. LOL!

Cannr, please do not slit your wrists on the bank steps. Its much more effective if you do it inside the bank in at the managers desk.LOL,

And, honey, pick out a picture (I'm dying for you to!) that you like. Send it to Mike (I love him!)through pm. Tell him you want this picture to be your avatar. He will "resize" it for you and send it back to you through pm. He did this for me. I had my picture, he resized it, and sent it back through to me. PM him. He will help you. I'm stupid. I have him help me do everything! And he will. He's sooo nice.
