I also have a few PDLs out and I really need help to know how to deal with them. They have caused me nothing but problems and I just figured that I would keep paying for my stupidity (trap) but now that I am reading all of these messages, I realize that I'm not alone. I know that I've paid for all of my loans probably twice or 3 times over. What can I do????? 4 of them are internet loans and 2 are storefront which I am paying down. The internet ones are killing me, they just keep taking money and more money and the balance isn't even budging!!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I applied for a payday loan a while back and ended up getting a deposit from SSM group llc in my account never heard of them never recieved anything from them. I finally got info on how to contact them from my bank. called and told them that i did not want the loan to take the money back out of my account. They never did and claimed that the moneyt was not there the next day. The money sat in the account for a month before it was ever touched. since then they have been taking 75 dollars every other week i have now paid them almost 900 dollars on a 300 dollar loan my bank won't stop them from taking money out and i have contacted the company several times about not taking any more money.... Please someone tell me what else I can do.....

Cash Transfer Centers: $693.00
MTE Financial: $300.00 but they have already taken out $360.00.
Fox Enterprises: 200.00
SSM Payday Loan: 200.00

My main problem is that Cash Transfer centers wants the whole 693.00 by next week or they will call my work about taking it out of my pay. I can pay them half and then half in another week but they don't want to here that and I can't have them calling me at work.

As for the others, I want to work out a payment plan. I have closed my account so they can't take anything else out but I don't know how to go about working out payment plans since most of them don't want to hear that.

I'm drowning in these things can someone please help?

i have one pdl with CPD.Right niow my account is overdrawn by $598 for a $300.00, I have asked my bank to close my account but they won't because my account is in the negative.This company keeps making 3 tranxsactions everytime and each time the bank chrages me $30 for each returned check.I livein MD and pdl are illegal but i got this loan over the net.PLEASE HELP!
