I would say both of the loans you have are illegal. I would close your account or place on deposit only ASAP.

Hello I have 7 internet PDL. I need to get them paid off asap. Please assist me in anyway you can. Here is my loan information.

I have 7 pdl's and I need information on what to do. I'm broke after they have taken out the fees. I live in NJ please let me know what to do and how to do this.
Cash Direct took out in Dec 08 600.00 so far I have paid 300.00 in fees alone with a balance of 585.60
United Cash Loans took out a loan of 500.00 back in 12/8/08
I have calculated that I have paid over 600.00 in fee only have a balance of 390.00
Ameriloan loan of 500.00 took out on 2/6/09 and paid so far 420.00 in fees they will be taking it out again fees on all of them 4/24/09 which I still have a balance of 520.00
One Click Cash took out 350.00 balance is 525.00
My Cash took out loan of 400.00 have paid so far in fees 220.00
Payday Services took out 800.00 in November and still paying for it balance is 450.00 I have paid over 1200.00
One Click took out loan of 350.00 on 2/4/09 and still have a balance of 455.00
Magnum Cash took out loan in Feb and finished paying on 4/24/09
Cash Spot took loan out of 600.00 in Jan and still have a balance of 312.50

Please let me know what steps to take and if they are going to garnish my pay.

All of the loans are illegal. PDLs are prohibited in NJ.

I would close your account ASAP and then refer to the sticky at the top of thise forum about dealing with illegal lenders.

I live in Florida.. I have 9 pdl's
They are:
GECC
Paycheck Today
National
Cash advance
Ameriloan
Northway
My cash now
GRC funding

Most of these are for about $300.00...with the interest charges and principle...my entire check is gone....is there any hope?

okay down to biz.if you could list the following info.

how much exactly borrowed from each.
how much in fees debited by each.

none of these pdl's are legal in FL so you only owe what you borrowed.nothing more.there is a sticky at the top of this forum on how to deal with illegal lenders.click it and it will guide you every step.let me know if you need any other questions answered.if you could though find the info requested we can determine how much if anything you owe.

In light of the number of loans I have outstanding...I will need to do some research that will require some time..I will get that info posted as soon as possible...probably tomorrow...

Do the interest payments count as paying on the principle?

on illegal loans all money debited goes toward the principle.that does include interest and fees.

List the original amount of the loan for each account

Loan Shop Online - I'm not sure of the original amount on two of
the loans. On the first loan, I have a balance of $50.00, Second one is $85.00 and the third one is $300.00. Itsmypayday the original loan was for $500.00

List what you have paid so far for each loan.
On the loan shop loans.....I've renewed after renewed and so I really don't know what I've paid.

List what state you currently reside in.

I have three more that do not send emails and hide my activity...going to the bank today to find out who they are and how long I have had them. They are:
GECC taken from my account. $40.00 and $95.40
National PDL taken form my account $90.00
WD GRC taken from my account $150.00
As I said, I am going to the bank today for advice...do you think I should close my account, stop the ACH debits or file bankrupcy?
