So you are new to the forums and you need help with payday loans. To help everyone help you please post the following information. This will greatly help others in finding information and giving you a hand.

List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation.
List the original amount of the loan for each account
List what you have paid so far for each loan.
List what state you currently reside in.

Each state has different laws when it comes to payday loans and usually there is a difference between an internet company and a store front company when it comes to what they can and cannot do legally to you.

Also remember, if a collection agency is trying to collect on an internet payday loan and they threaten you with jail, you cannot go to jail for not paying your debt. Don't get scared or depressed, most everyone here wants to help and there is a way out.

It has baffled me lately that people have come here looking for help and when asked repeatedly for that info they never reply and just vanish. I think those people are either wasting our time deliberately which is a shame because they are keeping us from helping other people and also playing with our good intentions and our desire to help. I have those questions saved in word and now I just copy, paste and edit when someone posts a "need help with PDLs."

Yeah that can be frustrating frog. Maybe they are collectors disguising themselves trying to waste our time.

Oh yeah forgot one thing. List what state you currently reside in also.

Good list. Hopefully people will read it before posting. You might add a 4th question -- "List what state you live in" -- so we know what state laws to look up in order to help the poster.

Hi Kim. Is there ANY chance you can keep your house? We can help you with the pdls, but your basic needs come first. Just at a quick glance, I can tell you that 500fast cash, united cash loans, mte financial services, and payday2go are all illegal and you can fight them. Please give us a little more info on your house situation. Also be sure to look at the link to your state's laws. If these are all online loans then your best bet is probably to close your checking account, make sure that the bank won't force it open when the debits try to hit, and open up another account at a completely different bank. Then prepare cease and desist letters for all of the pdls (if you need addresses, please post which ones you need, as I'm sure that someone on here will have it). Also include a wage assignment revokation. I know it sounds like alot, but it's a good start to get you back in control of your money.
