This is the message I receive today from the BBB. Ues MTE did offer for me to pay them another $300 on a $300 loan than I had already paid $270. Anyway they are not even licensed OK to lend let alone my state. My question is should I respond to this.

Mr. Wade,

We have reviewed this customer's complaint. She submitted a complaint directly to our company on 6/3/08 stating exactly the same thing that she is stated in her complaint with your agency.
We feel that all terms and conditions have been met on our end, and this customer was clearly aware of the terms of our loans, as she has reapplied for additional lending on many occasions.

In the interest of good customer service and resolving the issue amicably, we responded to the complaint on 6/3/08, offering to settle for less than the amount that she currently owes on her current loan. Unfortunately, she did not agree to the offer that we made, and her account is not being referred to an outside collection agency for handling.

We will consider this matter closed if we do not hear from you.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Respectfully,

Compliance Department

ok so this is what I did. I replied back to the BBB explaining everything again. I also told them that I have open claims against ameriloan, US FASTCASH and Paycheck Today. Explained to them that they are all related. Actually Ameriloan and US FASTCASH share the smae address and MTE and Paychecktoday share the same address. I overpaid with Ameriloan but underpaid with USFC. The same goes for the other 2 loans, overpaid on one and underpaid on the other.

Pretty much told them they need to do the math. With all of this I would still be owed almost $440.00. We will see what is said next.

I then sent my 1 email to all of them pretty much saying the same thing. I again let them know they are illegal in my state and theirs. Also told them not to reply that they are not affiliated because they are.

I got response from Paycheck Today so far. All it said was you owe us $520. This was my response:

Tina,
Thank you for your quick reply. I am not sure you read the message below completely. I do not owe Paycheck Today. I have already paid $985.00 on a $500.00 loan. Technically you owe me $419.54.
Are you stating your lending practices are above the law? I assure the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit and the Federal Trade Commisson will find this interesting, since you are not even licensed in my state and your own state.
