I also have that same problem. The only number I have is the 866-817-5932 and it is disconnected. I want to paydown my loan but cant if I cant contact them

That number is disconnected also so what are we suppose to do about our loans if we dont have a number to contact them with. Yeah that was a scam so they will be taking that finance charge out of my account every 2 weeks when It could be paid off already. Im pissed

You could try to put a hard block on your account or close your account, after reading this information:

THEY will probably contact YOU once their debit doesn't go through, and then you can make arrangements to pay them off.
