Hi, we have 4 different loans all done over the internet are these pdl and I am in Oklahoma and was wondering if they are liceansed here. I did read one of the links that showed Oklahoma laws and we are only allowed 2 loans at a time so how did they allow 4. here is who we went through
MyCashNow
OneClickCash.com
yourfastpayday
and the strange one is
International Equity Group, LLC
Hunkins Waterfront Plaza P.O. Box 556
Charlestown, Nevis, WI
but the last one was also under the name of paradise cash advance.
I also read that the limit in oklhoma is 500 and 2 of these loans is 600 a piece. I am at my wits end and cant even pay bills now that we went and messed up. hard laesson learned but now we know. Is there anything I can do. I did write 2 of them letters asking for reduced payments but have not heard back

Payday lending is legal in Oklahoma. However, you need to contact Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit in order to find out whether or not they are licensed to operate in your state. The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit will be able to give you better information in this regard.
