Got a phone call a little while ago. Did not answer it becuase well, I learned my lesson the last time. I waited for the voicemail to pick up and called it. There was a very snotty lady who told me I was to call her immediately or face legal action. My pdl collection agency radar kicked in so I thought why not find out who it is... hit the hid my id button on my phone and dialed. The same snotty woman answered the phone. I asked her what business this is and she asked for my number. I told her she did not need my number to tell me what business I have called. She told me First National. I asked first national what, she said you wouldn't need to know unless we called you and you will be going to jail if you do not return our call. I told her by time I was finished with her, she would be in jail before I was. Anyway I looked up the number in the BBB and it was to United Quick Loans which apparently is part of Cashnet 500...i am assuming I have another illegal CA to deal with now.

Keep your head up. It is frustrating and can be depressing if you let it. I just have to remember that no matter what I have to do what is best for my family. I am so ready to be done with this. I have to call cashnet usa now to see if I can make payment arrangements with them. I just got 3 of my PDLs taken care of. The other three refuse to talk to me, they are hanging up on me! So now it is on to Cashnet.

Remember we are here if you need anything.

I was proud of myself this time. I did not get upset. It is becomming more of a game now. The only one that worrys me is the real CA that popped up from a past credit card. These...they just annoy the hell out of me but sooner or later I will get even

I almost have to anymore or I will loose my mind. I have too much to deal with from the real collection agency. I do not need these. And then to find out who they are associated with. UGH

Just be patient. In time, they do go away. If you file enough complaints on them, they eventually mark you PIF or tell the BBB or your AG that the matter is resolved. Best of luck to you!

Hi Roxy. I think you did a great job. Don't let them push you around. I like the part where you said she would be in jail way before you...LOL.
Morning, I'm sorry to hear about your pdl popping back up. They do tend to come up at the worst time. It seems to me when it rains it pours. But, just keep remembering that they won't call forever. I think of it as they are making their monthly rounds..

I thought about e-mailing tim and telling him to foregt the settlement, forget about jail becuase I would see him and the ARM loosers in hell first. Then I remembered I am better than that.
