you all have nerve taking out a loan, then not paying it back. all of you taking loans out over the internet need to realize that the laws that are followed are the laws of the state that the company is located in, not your laws. just stop crying about it all and JUST PAY YOUR BILLS.

Excuse me....who here said anything about not paying our bills?? We have more than paid them...that's the whole point...we never tell people not to pay their loans off...but rather to check the laws and pay accordingly...maybe you should check your info before coming on here and pointing your finger at us...we also check our status and laws with the Attorney Generals, the BBB and the FTC...would you like to complain about them also??

Don't let them get you riled up morningstar..they don't have anything better to do then to leave messages like that. They are probably getting paid by their employer (PDL company) to do that (lol)

Hey mill I am just curious. If I take out a loan for $300 in Kentucky and do not pay it back and you are based in Nevada, New York, the United Kingdom, China or wherever since it really doesnt matter and you sue me which state or country would I be sued in? In case you do not know the answer is Kentucky. Now if you sue me in Kentucky how are you going to negate all Kentucky state law and impose the law of your state or country? Also, just because you loan me $300 and then next week say I owe you $600 does not make it true or legal which is the entire point of falling the law of the state that you reside in.

Mil, Please find something constructive to do with your obvious spare time. You dont know anything about us, or our situations. We all want to pay back what we have borrowed. No one said we did't.
We are working hard towards that goal. What we dont want to do, is become victims of scams, and very illegal intrest rates. We pay what is legally owed.
BTW,which PDL do you work for???????????

Awwwyoulost and mill must either be the same person or sit next to each other at work. They also read the manual since their posts are almost identical. I wonder if those statements were included on the "Intimidation Sheet". If so, not so effective.

ok, as far as me working for a "pdl" i dont think so, wouldnt be caught dead working in an office. I have a real job, i make good money, so i dont need a payday cash advance, however i do understand the basic principles of the industry. now, if i borrow say $500, and sign the contract saying that i will re-pay the $500, plus the interest that has built up over the length of my loan, but when it comes time topay it, all of the sudden its unfair that i'm being charged so much interest, so i dont pay it back. and you all want some kind of sympathy or something? get a real job and you wont have to borrow money. but nothings going to change, because its easier to whine and complain, then to step up and take responsibility for your actions and just pay the money back as you agreed. but, since we know that wont happen, lets break out the bus pass and take a ride to the nearest goodwill (im sure you cant afford any better) and then go beg for some change like the bums you all are. im looking forward to the dumb replies i will be recieving so please, make them good.

I won't let you down, I have a really good question for you..Please answer, I've always wondered this:

If you are incredibly responsible and don't have any debt issues and have never had a payday loan how did you find us? What on earth made you do a google search for a place like this?

as far as your question, are we talking a store front or an internet based loan? because if it was an internet based loan, your following the laws of whatever state said company is lisenced in, regardless of the state you are in. But like i said, i dont do this for a living, so if that didnt answer your question, ill try harder for ya next time. Just one more thing, when you get a credit card, do you question what state you obtained it in, and quote state laws for that as well, or only whem it suits you? have a good one!!!!
