hello i hope someone on here can help me with a letter i want to write to collection agencies that the internet payday loans sent to. none of the ipdl are licensed in the state of Minnesota and it very hard to convince the department of commerce to take action against these unlicensed lenders. i saw in a earlier post that all contracts are illegal are null and void
here some of the internet payday loans with collection agencies..
payday max- with united legal not sure if they sold them or if there assigned to it.. they did validate it
e-paydayloan- central portfolio control
norwood group-client services.. there now saying i owe them 850 dolloars and the loan was only 100.. there not geting a cent.
im taken care of geneve roth and quick payday. im sending them letter to get refunds and pif.
i had to file a complaint with the better bussinuss bureau with paydayok paid 1200 and loans totalling 600 dollars didnt respond to my letter.
interim cash filing with the mn ag's office paid 1200 on a 200 dollor loan.
cashnetusa finally settled by only making me pay the principle.
together we can defeat these payday loan scumbags

I would check out Polly's blog, where she has templates to take care of issues like these. Pull out her letter and take it from there.
