I am having a similar problem with them. a Mr. Walker called a reference and left message on her answering machine, telling her that I owed them money and the amount of the money and asked her if she would let me borrow the money to pay them. I have a copy of that phone recorded message.

also Mr. Michaels called my answering machine and called a liar,deadbeat,thief, and said that I better call back with arrangments or he would sue me.

Now i know that they arent a legalized business, because they have violated every fair debt collections practice act, especially leaving a message on a third party's answering machine. I have contacted the attorney generals office, but one thing for sure they never provided a contract to sign and I cant complete the complaint with attorney general until i get a copy of the contract. please tell me what I am to do now,.

foxylady, I'm sorry this happened to you. And you are correct. What this person did was WAY wrong. However, you stated that you can not complete your complaint with your state AG without the contract. Now, I don't know what state you reside in, but I could file a complaint with my state AG and just give all the information that I had if I didn't have a contract to include. An example would be a "verbal contract". There were no signed documents. However, I still filed a complaint. I made sure I gave every detail regarding the entire situation. Can you possibly do that so that at least you can get your complaint in to them? Also, did you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau? These people so definately need complaints filed. I'm so sorry they put you through this. Try filing with your state AG with just as much information as possible.

OMG, what a bunch of jerks, they are unreal, definately do what cannr says, even if you have just enough information on them to get the AG and the BBB in contact with them. I hate rude collectors, makes my skin crawl.

I have filed with the Federal Trade Commission and have also consulted and attorney, havent been able to locate and address, only phone number is fax# now, sent email response to them, no reply, ag is viewing information, but if have address or phone number please advise, I have an 800 number no one answers now.I live in North Carolina

I spoke with an attorney on 1114/07, she advised me that cash advance.us has violated over 100 North Carolina laws, defamation, slander, fdcpa, and plenty more. Can anyone give the the physical address of this company in coral springs florida, or where the BBB is located for that area. I would appreciate you help. They are also using Heritage Bank for payments using credit cards. Please someone help me. my email address is foxylady7042003(email edited for your safety.cannr). I did find out that the fax area code 775 belongs to Nevada some where but there is nothing listed there by that name of National payday loans either. Please help me.
