First off:
What have you borrowed and from whom?
How much have you paid?
What state are you in?

Randysgirl, your husband might be better off working with the storefronts first, mainly because they are almost always legal and can and will cause problems for you. The internets often are illegally loaning and we can help you deal with them. Please do as Shazzers asked and post all of the company names, how much borrowed and how much paid. Also the state you are in. I am sure we can help you and your husband get this straightened out.

If the store fronts are members of the cfsa they must evoke the epp. You need to go into the store front prior to the loan defaulting to be able to get this. This allows the debt to be paid in 4 installments.
