Success! After four months of waiting, I received a letter from Oklahoma AG providing Ace's response to their investigation. Ace's "Legal Department" sent a letter stating that, they consider my account paid in full and closed. No mention of a refund of the overpayment, but at least I am finished dealing with them.

Hi there...I've gotten one of those "notices" from Termont, too, but I'm in California. I'm going to have to draft a letter to Tremont in relation to their threat to take me to court in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. (Already have complained to the Department of Corporations in CA as I don't believe that they're licensed here). I've sent them a wage assignment revocation letter already, and have started paying them some of the money I owe. I just need the potential Court action to be removed. Any suggestions?

Success...After 6 months waiting, Huskhawk finally stopped taking money out of my account. The address below is not good, I sent a certified letter and did not receive a confirmation that they received it. They did email a ACH confirmation letter with their new contact and fax numbers. So I re-faxed my original letters and a new letter, with the FTC complaint #, etc. Apparently it worked, they haven't take any money from my account the last two pay days.
