It may be a silly question, but do you go by the state laws were you live, I live in Illinois, or do you go by the state where my internet loans are based out of?

Reba, That is not a stupid question. The laws are difficult to understand. In IL, if I remember correctly, you go by your state law, The pdl must be licensed in IL to lend in IL.
