Ok, just started recieving phone calls and emails this week from Impact Cash USA. They state that I still owe them money. I have paid back $975 on a past loan of $300 and current of $350 loan. I have emailed my letter to them stating that they are illegal to lend in my state (TX) and here is what I recieved today:

We are in compliance with the federal laws and regulations regarding online payday loans. We are willing however, to settle this account with you at $350.00 which is the amount that was loaned to you. You will need to send this payment via money order to:

Impact Cash USA
PO Box 3206
Logan, UT 84323

If we do not hear back from you regarding this matter with in the next 30 days we will resume collections on the balance of $560.00.

Thank you,

purplegirl, keep on them, mailing your pdl letter (or emiling)and keep filing. I think this is one pdl that the BBB actually helped me get a PIF from. I also think this was the one that pulled the whole brick and mortar law crap. Let me know if you need anything.

Federal regulations on PDL's? WHAT federal regs on PDL's??? There's NOTHING--so they are in compliance with NOTHING!! The only reg I know of is the one that caps interest rates to Armed Forces personnel at 36 percent. Do not pay these crooks another dime.

Thanks so much for all your advice...u all are wonderful. I did file another complaint with the AG and BBB again. I will keep continuing to send my emails with my letter as that I have overpaid. Just wanted some reassurance I guess. It really helps so much; you have no clue....

Thanks agian..
