Here is my original thread I posted a couple days ago. I wanted to share the update:

Ok so so far I have read so much on here and gotten so much advice on how to do this myself. I just want to make sure I am not missing a step. I was going to hire Langnorne Firm to help me but their fees were insane! Here are the PDL's I have out:

Impact Cash: $300 (paid $180)
PayDay Depot: $300 (paid $75)
PayDay Loan Yes: $350 (paid $315)
PayCheck today: $400 (paid $360)
Urgent Cash Advance: $300 (paid $0)
Check City: $700 (paid $0)

Okay so I sent letters to all, by the way Urgent Cash Advance is the only legal institution in Washington State, which is where I reside.

UCA agreed to a payment plan and I am making good on that. Paycheck Today just keeps sending me the same email about settling and that they have tried to call me numerous times but that isn't true. Impact cash immediatly settled for the rest of the principal owed and apologized for the bad service I recieved! WHAT!?

Impact Cash: $300 (paid $180) Settled Immediatly!
PayDay Depot: $300 (paid $75) Settled after arm twisting
PayDay Loan Yes: $350 (paid $315) Will not return phone calls or letters!
PayCheck today: $400 (paid $360) Will not respond, they have called but when I told them that I am recording the call they hung up!
Urgent Cash Advance: $300 (paid $0) Are legal and have settled on a payment plan
Check City: $700 (paid $0) Are legal and they have just told me to pay when I can?????
