if you insist on not closing your account you need to put a hard block.other than that the pdl's will debit you out of existence.trust me on this, you can't keep your account as is and expect the pdl's not to debit.stop payments won't work.

Ok, I get the part about closing the account or a debit hard block. My questions is Can I notify these companies of the Indiana Law and am I allowed a refund. I guess, I will go to what ever means possible.

Yiu can not notify any of these companies until your account is safe. they will go in and take everything. Also stopping payments will not work. They will go in under other names or other amounts. There is no stopping them.

You will need to go in person to your store front to make arrangements with them. If they are members of the cfsa they will grant you the eppif you go in before the loan defaults. This will allow you to pay in 4 installments with no added interest.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you. EZPAYDAY emailed me a paid in full on Wednesday. I faxed copies of my letters on monday to 6 of 7 of my loans and they replied on Wednesday. Loanshop who usually sends me a extension form on Tuesday's by email never sent me one this week, so I am hoping that is a good thing. I filed complaints with the Better Business on all of them, hope this contiunes to go good. One last question anyone ever deal with Checkngo online that puts your loan through first bank of delaware and is this one legal in Indiana forgot about that one last week.. Thanks for your help guys. My life may actually turn around.

Hey quick question. I am only having trouble with GFS, they state they are sending me over to their legal dept because I refuse to resolve my loan. I owe they $200 and agree to pay them just not thru my bank, asked for a mailing address but they refuse to give it to me. Asked them to send over a debt valadation letter and then I will pay. But they refuse that also.. Told them to sue me but they refuse that to. Know they want to send a wage assignment to my employer, They can't do that can they. I'm thinking that has to go thru the court system correct.

all gfs or gfsil, whatever they are calling themselves.all they can do is call and threaten and harras.have co-workres tell them you no longer work there.try not to answer the phone at home if you know it's them.if you talk to them at all they will keep calling.they have no legal grounds whatsoever.

They can send a wage assignment. A garnishment goes thru the court.
Wage assignments are strictly voluntary and can be revoked. You need to send the pdl a letter revoking any and all wage assignments that you may have signed for them or any of their affiliates. send a copy to you pay roll person as well.

A man has called a dozen times, and refuses to let me speak without talking over me. I laugh and say what I need to say and tell him to have a good day and hang up, a lady called me today actually let me talk, told her i am willing to pay what I owe by the State of Indiana, and when she sends me a debt valadation letter and address to send money to I will be more than happy to pay them, she hung up on me.

mc, just to cover your butt, send them a letter revoking any wage assignment you may have signed. Just send it to them. Keep a copy and give a copy to your HR/Payroll department for you file just in case they try to send one through. As stated above, wage assignments are totally voluntary. However, this company is completely illegal anyway, so the wage assignment is a piece of crap regardless. The problem lies with employers who do not know they are totally voluntary and can be revoked at any time and they do not have to be honored. Please send them the letter revoking any wage assignments you may have signed and give a copy to your employer. You may need to "educate" your employer that this is an illegal company and that it is not to be honored.

Just received an email from William Mashburn they offered me a settlement for a refund of $300 and my accounts are to be closed immediately. They emailed me a release form to be signed and sent back, so I signed it and also emailed them asking for a PIF letter sent to me. Hopefully they come thru with my refund also. Just again want to thank you guys for all your information it has been very helpful. If I get my paid in full letter this will be number 2 out of 6. So i'm getting there.
