I just spoke with Rebecca West from Geneva Roth and am supposed to have my refund of $240.00 on Monday. Not the $741 i feel they owe me, but She is marking my overpaid account in full and a least I am getting some money back. Only 3 left to deal with GFS, BIG and paycheck today. (but paycheck today hasn't called or emailed me since I made the person emailing me mad.)

Thanks... I overpaid BIG and have not pd GFS the first time. I guess BIG can send my refund over to GFS and consider paid in full..... I can't thank this web site enough for the help I have gotten. My life is my own again along with my money. You guys are great.

MC, I have found google is a wonderful way to research stuff. I googled my attorney's name and came up with several places to look. I also googled complaints regarding so and so.

Please listen to the seasoned people. I closed an account and I have to get a live check from my employer and go to the bank. Inconvenient, yes but keeping illegal payday lender out of my bank account "Priceless"
