We can help you here. Please list for us your lenders, how much borrowed from each, how much repaid to each, internet or store front, and the state you live in.Once we get this info , we can begin to help you.

GRC have you already paid 410.00 against a 300.00 loAN? Please clarify.
Big will not be licensed anywhere . It is highly illegal. You are only obligated to pay the principle borrowed. Looks like you have way overpaid them. We need to check if any of your other loans are licensed to lend in your state. For your store front if they are members of the cfsa you can get an extended payment plan. It allows you to pay off in 4 installments with no added intrest. You need to go into the store prior to defaulting and ask for this. We need to see if your other loans are licensed in your state.

Loan shop, Geneva roth , and Paycheck today, I could not find them as being licensed in your state. As of July 2007 internet loans in Indiana must be licensed in that state. You have way over paid Geneva and Loanshop.

guest,i wish i could say you can stop it without closing or putting a hard block on your account.that is not the case, you will have to put a hard block on or close your account.pdl's will debit indefinitley,if you allow it.even if you revoke authorization, they will still attempt to debit.

As Paul said , At this point you need to close your account asap. Nothing can be done until your account is safe. I know its a pain. Most of us went thru this, but it is the only way.

I am considering Town and Country to make payment arrangements with all of the loans, has anyone used them and will this stop the debits from my accounts. I don't want to have to close, my husband is not aware of this and it is a joint checking account.

i feel for you,but a lot of pdl's will just keep debiting.you have to bite the bullet and tell your husband.it is a major pain, but closing your account is the only way to get them to work with t&c.

What payment arrangements? Some of your loans are already overpaid and due refunds. If these loans are not licensed why do you want to pay more and more.
That said, if you put Town and country in the search box above you can see people's experiences with them.
You will be paying these loans forever if you do not close the account.

ok, how do I get the refunds... I just want them out of the way and done. What steps do I take, other than closing the account.

Without closing your account or putting a hard debit block on it , there is nothing you can do. You have overpaid BIG 640.00, and they will continue to take your money forever, as will the others.
