After several years of justifying them (??), I have gone so far into PDL debt that it is time to take action and pull the plug on them. I am using Your Payday Loan Help to assist me with paying the lenders, but I would like some help in determining which (if any) of my lenders are allowed to operate in Indiana (all are Internet lenders):

PayDayMax.com ($680)
SonicPayday.com ($1500)
MyCashNow.com ($662)
DiscountAdvances.com ($480)
Integrity Advance/iadvancecash.com ($500)
LoanPointUSA.com ($600)
Nationwidecash.com ($500)

While I applaud those who have demanded and/or received refunds from illegal lenders, my goal is to payoff all of my loans over several months. Knowing which of the lenders are actually legal in Indiana will help me deal with the inevitable phone calls - - if anyone has mailing/e-mail addresses for these lenders, I would greatly appreciate it!

If I start adding up the amount of money I paid in interest alone...*head exploding*

I let all of mine bounce, and they were more than happy to work with me. I had a total of 10.
So I know what you mean by " head exploding"

Congratulations on your step forward. It's the first step that is the hardest to deal with! And don't stress the "justifying them" we have all done it too.... you are in great company here on this site!

After reading through several hundred posts dealing with Sonic Payday, I have a couple of questions for anyone who has dealt with them: first, has anyone ever nailed down a physical address for them, and/or did they accept a faxed revocation of wage assignment? Secondly, did anyone have success working out a payment plan with Sonic? Finally, if anyone is using a debt consolidation plan, did Sonic go along with your company's proposal? The more I read about Sonic Payday...let's just say this will be one big lesson learned! Thanks for any help!
