I'm in Indiana and have started the process to stop ACHs for PDL debits. I'm in the very beginning stages and I'm nervous. Of the following are any legal in Indiana or are they all illegal? I'm already getting calls saying I'm in "penalty of perjury" and my contract will go to their legal dept.
