Okay so I got caught in the spiral now I am sitting here looking at a $-198.89 balance on my bank account. I was in and out of the hospital for awhile and bills were piling up. On top of all this a suprise pregnancy was dropped in my lap. Not unwanted just unready for it heh. But anyhow now I have 4 companies that are leeching me dry. To my good fortune I have a msller bank and everyone there has dealt within this and have helped me out to their best ability.

so here are the details

State Indiana

Discount loan advances borrowed 300 owe $ 370 paid so far $0

Loans SalaryFast
Your Current Activity Date Status Loan Amount Interest Due Fees Due 09/04/2009 ACTIVE $200.00 $148.00 $0.00
Ive paid around $296 to these guys so far, I borrowed 200

Ameriloan borrowed $200 due: $260.00 paid around $240

and then there is the infamous

Kingston Financial borrowed 300 owe 380 paid so far $240

Im going to hit up a C and D letter soon but any other advice legality, and contact info would be greatly appreciated...

And as far as the hospital thing goes Im recovered now and back to working full time so paying off the principle is no issue

My bank account will be closed tomorow after the stop payments (which cost me 35 a popx4) go through and I can pull out whats left of my paycheck before they can try to take the money again.

And the baby...hoping for a boy

I think that you should contact admin and have them remove your full name. This is an open forum, that anyone can see.

Sorry to say, but stop payments will NOT work. If these companies can not get in with one name, they will just use another. They will also change the amount by a few cents to get around and stops
Close the account or put a debit block on it. It is the only way

Yeah I noticed that, It asked me for my full name when I signed up NOT a user name so I was wondering how to change that

You can click the link below to read your payday loan laws, payday lenders must be licensed in your state to lend to your residents legally. I know that Ameriloan isn't for sure.

Jayson, back on 9/1 you posted in another thread that you hired PDL Assistance. Aren't they taking care of these for you?
