2. Who did you borrow from?? Full name of lender.
3. How much did you borrow?
4. How much have you paid?

Include any other information you think might be important.

Scared & Confused

I currently am drowning in payday loan debt it is taking most of my checks every two weeks and barely leaving any money to actually live on for my family. I want to take control and get out but I am extremely afraid of the tatics they will use against me. I've heard of people going to jail because of this and that scares me to death............I want to try and accomplish my goals in dealing with these before my next payday of 12/28/2012. I live in Ohio and I have the following loans out
Plain Green Loans (2) 1-mine 1-my husband
Cash Direct Express

Cash Direct Express Loan is $600 I have paid $826.00

Plain Green Loans is $1600 I have paid 2213.92 & still have a balance of 1365.75.
I have taken multiple loans with this company and have over paid them on all of them. Is there any course of action for the previous loans or just the current??? Please Advise ASAP!! These are literally ruining my life :( Thank you all for your advice and support

As all the moderators here will tell you, set up ACH revocations with your bank or close the bank account associated with these loans. Then check with your state's Dept. of Finance to see if these lenders are licensed in Ohio. If they aren't, proceed at your pace. I have dealt with Plain Green and they are fairly easy to deal with once you go into collections. These stupid pdl's will ruin your life - or at least rob you of good night's sleep...I know from experience. I'm digging out of a MASSIVE hole by following the advice I've read on this site.

Im unsure how to post threads on here, i pressed the Ask an expert button at the top then when i went to submit it said that a moderator has to approve of the thread. That was yesterday and i still am not seeing it :( Will it be posted or do i need to take some other action?

I live in Michigan and have 2 storefront loans and 10 internet loans. I fell into the cycle of getting a loan to pay another one. The only reason I got into this was b/c my husband was ill and not working. I was going through Progressive Debt Relief, but they only paid one bill in four months. These are my loans:
GECC/Cash Direct – Loan $600
Idealgelt – Loan $750
Sure Advance – Loan $400
Cash cure – Loan $600
Plain Green Loans – balance $1,538
Great Plains Lending – balance $369.25
Advance America – balance $600
Check ‘N Go – balance $600 -
Cashcall - balance $2500 -
Payday Nation – balance $300

This has affected my health and marriage. I just want to end this. I dont know how much more stress I can take. Please help.
