I finally resolved one of my accounts with MTE today, but thought I'd post the various responses to and from the BBB, for no reason other than they're kind of funny.
It all starts with my initial complaint, filed against MTE.

MTE should also be aware that a complaint has recently been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office, so continuing to lie to the Better Business Bureau is not going to remain an effective technique. |
Now it gets funny. It would seem they suddenly remembered that 500FC is one of their companies!

 Oh, I am SO loving this! As, I've had my battles with 3 different d/b/a's of MTE. Of course, had the same arguement with them (I was confused, they weren't that company, etc). I applaude you on this one! Anyone who gets an MTE related pdl off their back is tops on my list!
